Our project risk management methodology and toolset, which is based on hundreds of thousands of hours of project management experience & research, is aimed at avoiding costly project failures by embedding internal and external lessons learned into project processes. We believe that project risk management should be CENTRAL, not additional, to project management and our approach is to enable access to leading practice, workable mitigations.

We are developing a ‘hyper-personalised' SaaS solution to serve the project risk management process, based on our methodology and which will ensure that risk management and ‘learnings’ are baked into projects from inception. The solution will automate the risk management process, allow cross-project team and stakeholder collaboration & ownership. The solution will allow project teams and stakeholders to focus on delivering benefits to the business and not on administration. 

Our optional consulting service will allow organisations to integrate our project risk-centric project management approach into their existing processes. The service will supplement, and be organised around, both our project risk management methodology and the SaaS solution. This service will include: 

• Training for project teams and business stakeholders;
• Remote and on-site support, and
• End to end project advisory support.
